At PaawVital, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we operate as a dropshipping business and our products are shipped internationally from our suppliers, our return and refund process differs from that of a traditional retail store. Please read this policy in full before making a purchase.

Our Commitment

We will always work to resolve issues fairly. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to make it right.

Eligible Refund Situations

We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: The product arrived visibly damaged, broken, or defective out of the box.

  • Wrong Item Received: You received an item that is different from what you ordered.

  • Item Lost in Transit: Your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of the shipping confirmation date, and is confirmed lost by the carrier.

  • Photo Evidence Required: For damaged, defective, or wrong items, you must provide clear photographic evidence (photos or a short video) within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@paawvital.com. Claims submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Situations (No Refund)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after an order has been placed or shipped.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.

  • Minor color variations due to monitor display differences (product images are representative).

  • Orders delayed due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or factors outside our control, as long as the item is ultimately delivered.

  • Failure to pay import duties or customs fees resulting in the package's return or abandonment.

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return Process

If your return is approved, items must be returned to our USA return address (provided upon approval). Do not return items to China or to any supplier address — such returns cannot be processed.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to offer a store credit or replacement instead of a cash refund, particularly for cases of lost-in-transit orders where a reshipment is the preferred resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment supplier, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@paawvital.com with your order number. We process orders within 1–3 business days, so time is of the essence.
