Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed.
Shipping Timeframes
PaawVital ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Please allow the following estimated delivery windows from the date your order is dispatched:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control. Orders placed during major holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year, Christmas) may experience additional delays of 5–10 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 5–7 business days after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
PaawVital ships internationally, and your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. PaawVital has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If you are unsure about whether import duties apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Refused or unclaimed shipments: If a package is refused or unclaimed due to failure to pay customs duties, it may be returned to our supplier or abandoned. In such cases, PaawVital will not issue a refund for the original order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us at info@paawvital.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Packages that are confirmed lost by the carrier will be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. PaawVital is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched — please contact us immediately at info@paawvital.com.
